As I’m approaching nearly 1 year at dxw, now seems like a good time to reflect on my experience so far and some of the things I’ve learned.

From our perspective as a digital agency, there doesn’t seem to be anything in this paper that signals a big change.

Despite having good reasons for changing careers, it wasn’t an easy decision to make. But for me, spoiler alert, it all worked out well in the end.

We wrote about our plans to become a carbon neutral organisation last year and recently did a short sprint to work out how to achieve this. 

I’ve worked with organisations to help them think about who uses their products and services. So what term should we use: users or people?
